When I saw this picture, I wasn't thinking of these people as being secular employees on the job. The first thing that came to mind was that they were volunteer workers at the Assembly Hall, Kingdom Hall or at Bethel. Maybe they are priming everyone to volunteer during a big campaign they might have planned for fixing up Watchtower properties so they can be sold.

Window-washer is the cover of Feb 2015 WT, "How to enjoy your work!" Hahaha!!
by EndofMysteries in.
after all the jokes and satire on this website about jw's only being able to amount to window washers and house cleaners, the cover page of "how to enjoy your work" showing a window washer and cleaner in the back ground.
i almost wonder if some awakened, still-in, from this site is part of the writing department or illustrations and put that in there as an inside joke for us?.

What EndofMysteries said and:
Even at your funeral, they set the guidelines for what will be said.
They determine who can get up and speak about you. Certainly not your mother or sister or anyone not baptized or in good standing.
Even though Motown music and country line dancing is OK when it suits them, they'll say photos of you and your life events and elaborate flower arrangements are not appropriate at the Kingdom Hall.
They even set the guidelines on how much emotion should be displayed by your loved ones. Being overly sad is showing lack of faith in the resurrection hope.
Forget about anyone playing your favorite song(s) unless it's a Kingdom Melody.

For decades they said " There is no room for individuality in Jehovah's Organization" and gave biblical examples of what happened to people who tried to do things their own way.

If you look under the religious section on roku, every decent sized religion has a channel.
Maybe it time for an All Apostate....All The Time- channel on Roku.

I can overlook a post that has an occasional spelling or puncuation error but it just frosts me when they are accompanied by a tone of selfsatisfication. (wink)

Marriage outside the religion punishable?
by Pattytheperfectone innow i know they have always discouraged marrying outside of their so called 'truth' but since when has it been a punishable offense?
my sister recently married and they are discussing wether her being married to an outsider will stumble others and if they need to reprove or disfellowship her for it..

At the Zone meeting Tight Pants Tony advised young Sisters from even marrying a Baptized JW Brother if he wasn't a Ministerial Servant yet. You can only imagine what he would have to say about her marrying a Non JW.
The only case I knew of didn't result in the Bride being reproved in any way but the Sisters who were asked to be Brides Maids were threatened with reproof if they stood in the wedding and so were those in the congregation who were planning to attend.

My wife is pregnant and it due is June and thinking of raising a child as a JW sickens me. Tough road ahead.
One of the things that started me on the scary road of waking up is when (like myself) my 5 year old did his fist Bible Reading in the Ministry School. I suddenly realized that I was alowing my Son to be programmed the same way I had been.
Don't panic like I did...it's all a huge joke and is only as significant as you allow it to be.
